Start by clearing out and sorting

Keep heavy tools and materials on lower shelves for safety, and store lighter items higher up. Make sure shelves are sturdy and properly secured to the wall.
Label everything clearly
A simple but effective trick is to label everything. Use tags, colour codes, or printed labels so you can instantly see where things belong. This helps everyone in the household keep the system in order.
For small items like screws, bolts, and washers, use clear plastic containers or jars with lids. Label the front or top so you can identify the contents without opening each one.
Think about maintenance
